Hi, my name is Max. I’m the former owner of All Star products in Northbrook, a successful and highly rated window dealership that I sold to start my new company, Vinyl Window Max. Over my 40 year career, I’ve seen how the industry has evolved. Today, manufacturers—not dealers—stand behind their products and handle service directly. This allows them to ensure proper installation standards, since many issues blamed on windows are actually due to poor installation. By taking responsibility for service, manufacturers have reduced the need for traditional dealers, whose overhead often included managing post-sale issues—especially when using subcontracted installers.

This evolution is what allowed me to create my unique business model. Because the dealer becomes irrelevant, I can now use my past contacts and accounts with manufacturers to purchase your windows wholesale without the overhead of a dealership. I act as your consultant for a simple 15% fee. The same amount a salesman would make. I show you the actual manufacturer invoices— no hidden markups, no surprises. By eliminating dealership overhead and commissions you typically save around 50% compared to retail pricing. For example, if a dealer quotes $12,000 my cost for the same (or better) product with professional installation is often closer to $6000. With decades of industry experience, I help you choose the best product for your home, including options many salespeople don’t offer. I also work with a trusted installation team I’ve used for over 20 years, ensuring high-quality results and long-term reliability.
